Claudiu-Gabriel Dinu is a Romanian-born CEO, entrepreneur and author based in the United Kingdom. His professional journey spans recruitment, e-commerce, technology, automation and service robotics.
His entrepreneurial instinct appeared early. As a child, he found ways to earn money by selling sweets, repairing computers and trading mobile phones. That same drive developed into a career built around identifying opportunities, solving problems and creating businesses in competitive markets.
The route was never conventional. Migration, setbacks, difficult decisions and the challenge of starting again shaped a leadership style centred on resilience, adaptability, loyalty and responsibility.
Today, Claudiu focuses on building technology-led businesses that solve practical problems, create value for customers and introduce new ideas to established industries. He is particularly passionate about artificial intelligence, automation and service robotics.
Away from business, Claudiu is a husband and father. Family remains one of the strongest influences behind his ambition and his definition of success.
